Step 1: Ensure You Have an Account
- Before accessing MicroGuide content, you must create an account on Eolas Medical.
- For assistance, refer to our Account Creation Guide.
Step 2: Search for Your Organisation
- Click on Spaces on the navigation bar. You will find it

Use the Discover Spaces search bar to find your Trust, Health Board (if in Wales), or hospital (if outside the UK).

If you cannot locate your organisation:
- Try alternative spellings or keywords.
- Contact your administrator for guidance.
Step 3: Access the Organisation
- Select the appropriate organisation from the search results.
If You Used an NHS Email Address
- Most NHS domains are pre-validated, granting you instant access.
If You Used a Personal Email Address
- Admin approval may be required. Submit a request for access.
Step 4: Request Access (If Necessary)
- Provide context in the text box (e.g., role, department, purpose) to help the admin approve your request.
Step 5: Approval Process
- Requests are reviewed by your organisation’s admin team.
- Approval times may vary (typically minutes to hours).
- You’ll receive an email once approved.
