Welcome to Eolas Medical! This guide will walk you through the steps to create a new account on either the web or mobile app. The process is straightforward and similar on both platforms
Step 1: Start Account Creation

On the web: Click the Create New Account button.

On the mobile app: Tap the corresponding Create New Account button.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address you'd like to use for your account.

Tip: Use your work email address (e.g., NHS or other work-associated domains) for seamless access to organizational resources.

Double-check your email for typos to avoid issues later.

Click Next.
Step 3: Provide Personal Information

Enter your first name and last name.

Create a password that meets the required criteria. Icons will turn green when the criteria are met.

Click Next.
Step 4: Verify Your Email Address

A verification code will be sent to your email.

Copy the code and paste it into the designated field.

Troubleshooting Email Verification Issues:

Check for Typos:

If the code doesn’t arrive, confirm you entered your email address correctly.

If you’ve already left the screen, try recreating the account using the same email address. If the email is registered, you’ll be prompted to enter the verification code. Otherwise, there may have been a typo.

Delayed Emails:

Sometimes verification emails may be delayed. Wait a few minutes before trying again.

Blocked Emails:

Work networks, such as hospital-level filters, may block our emails.

Check your spam or junk folder.

If you still don’t receive the email:

Use a personal email address to create your account.

Contact support at support@eolasmedical.com for assistance.

Note: You can add your work email address to your account later.

Step 5: Complete Account Setup

Enter the verification code and click Next.

Review and accept the terms and conditions.

Provide additional information, such as your location.

Click Done to complete the setup.
Step 6: Explore the App
After creating your account, you’ll be guided through the app’s features. Select the option that best suits your needs:

Access Existing Space: For hospital or departmental resources like EMS or MicroGuide content.

Explore Knowledge Tab: For national resources or WikiEM.

Portfolio: To access and manage your portfolio.

Whether you are on web or mobile app, the process should be straightforward and very similar. 0:16 To create a new account, click on Create New Account. This is the button right here on web and a similar button on mobile. 0:26 Once here, enter the email address you would like to create your account with. Ideally, this should be your work email address, so if you're using NHS or any other work-associated domains, ideally please use this one. 0:49 Once you've entered your email address, make sure it's correct. Typos could cause issues further down the line. Click Next. in your name. 0:59 Your last name. And now your password. sure your password matches set criteria. 1:12 If it does, all those icons will go green. click Next. You should now receive your verification code via, can copy it and paste it right here. 1:29 If for some reason you did not receive the email, there could be several reasons. We find that one of the most common reasons for the verification code emails not landing would be a typo in your email address. 1:47 So if you're still at this screen, please double check if you entered your email correctly. If you left the screen already, you can simply try recreating your account using the same email address. 2:00 If the email is already registered, you will be asked to enter the verification code. However, if you can go through with the process, it means that there might have been a typo. 2:15 In other cases, the emails might be delayed and arrive slightly later. here. And in some other cases, there could be a case of your work network at hospital level blocking our communications. 2:38 Therefore, your email will not land in your inbox. There could be still the spam folder. However, if you cannot find it anywhere, you enter the email correctly, you check the typo. 2:54 the verification code is still not there. There is a slight chance that your trust has blocked this email and you will not receive it. 3:04 In that case, it would be best to create an account using your personal email address.
