The "Limited Admin" feature guarantees organisations the flexibility to efficiently oversee content access and editing rights, promoting streamlined operations without compromising content integrity.

Step-by-step Guide on Using the " Limited Admin" Feature.

  1. Access the Admin Panel.

    1. Login to your space.

    2. Navigate to the "Admin Panel".

    3. Click on "Manage Users" section.

       

  2. Grant Limited Admin Rights.

    1. Within the 'Manage Users' section, click on "Manage Admins".

    2. Search for the individual to whom you want to grant limited access rights.

    3. Select the specific sections you want this user to have editing rights for.

    4. Click "Finish" to complete the process.

  • Upon logging into the space, the user (in this example, Joe Doe) will be able to see the "Admin Panel" button on the top right corner.

     

  • They won't have the option to manage users.

     

  • They will only be able to access and edit the sections they were granted rights to.

Modifying or Revoking Limited Admin Rights.

You can alter the permissions of limited admins at any time.

  1. If you wish to provide a limited admin with full access at a later time:

    1. Remove their status as a "Limited Admin".

    2. Assign them "Full Admin" rights.
