Updating Your Professional Details

To verify your professional details, go to Me > Edit Profile, update your PIN, name, or body. Verification auto-triggers. Support available. UK & Ireland bodies only.

 

 

 

If you've been asked to verify your professional details, you can follow the steps outlined in the video above or use the instructions below to guide you through the process.

1. Accessing Your Profile

  • Tap the "Me" tab in the app.

  • Select "Edit Profile".

  • This interface looks similar on both desktop and mobile versions.

2. Editing Verification Details

  • Locate the Professional Verification section.

  • If your PIN number does not match the record, tap Edit, then select Edit Code, and enter the correct number.

  • You may also change the Professional Body associated with your verification.

3. Updating Your Name

If the name on your account doesn't match the one on record with your verification body:

  • Tap the Edit icon next to your name.

  • Update your first or second name as needed.

  • Press Done to save your changes.

4. Re-triggering Verification

  • The verification process should start automatically once the details are updated.

  • If there’s still a mismatch, you may receive another verification email.

  • Double-check your details by visiting the official register of your professional body.

Currently, professional verification is only available for professionals in the UK and Ireland. We support verification from the following official registers:
