Overview

Eolas Medical is a secure platform designed specifically for medical professionals. To ensure the integrity of our user base, we require users to verify their professional credentials through a recognized registration body.

This guide will walk you through the steps to update and verify your professional profile information.

🔁 How to Update Your Profile Verification

1. Go to the ‘Me’ Tab
   Open the Eolas Medical app or web platform and click on the Me tab. This section includes your personal and professional information.

2. Access 'Profile Verification'
   Within the Me tab, tap Profile Verification.

3. Select Your Registration Body
   Choose your relevant registration body from the list. Currently, automatic verification is supported for:

   • General Medical Council (GMC)

   • General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

   • Irish Medical Council (IMC)

   Other registration bodies are manually verified in batches every few weeks.

4. Enter Your Registration Number
   Provide your accurate registration number. Ensure that your name exactly matches your official public registration record. For example, entering “D. Kelly” instead of “Declan Kelly” will lead to verification failure.

5. Save and Re-Trigger Verification
   Once saved, the verification process will automatically re-initiate.

📬 What Happens Next?

• If successful, you’ll receive an email confirming your verification.

• If unsuccessful, we’ll notify you via email and ask for corrections or additional information.

⚠️ Pending Status

While awaiting manual verification:

• You will still be able to access your space.

• Some content (e.g., BNF for Ireland) may be restricted until verification is complete.
