How to Create a New Account on Eolas Medical

Welcome! In the video above, we show you how to create your new Eolas Medical account. Below are the steps in writing, so you can follow along at your own pace.

1. Click “Create New Account”

Go to the Eolas Medical login page.
Click the Create New Account button.
The process looks the same on both desktop and mobile.

2. Enter Your Basic Info

Add your email address, first name, and last name.
Click Next.

3. Set a Secure Password

Your password must include:

At least one lowercase letter
At least one uppercase letter
At least one number
At least one symbol
Be 8 characters or longer

Click Next once done.

4. Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification code.
Enter the code in the field shown.

📌 Tip: If you don’t get the code within 5 minutes:

Make sure your email address is correct (typos are common).

Check your spam/junk folder.

Click Next when your code is entered.

5. Review and Accept Legal Terms

Review the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use.
Check the boxes and click Next.

6. Add Your Professional Info

Fill in the following:

Profession (e.g., nurse, consultant)
Seniority level
Specialty
Location – This should be a city.

Click Next.

7. Enter Your Healthcare Institution

If you're in the UK or Ireland, you can search for your institution from a list.
Elsewhere? Type the full name manually in the text box.

💡 Try different name versions if you don’t see your institution — including abbreviations or common short forms.
You can also create a new institution if it’s not found.

Click Next when ready.

8. Add Your Professional Body (if applicable)

Select your professional body from the list, or choose Not Applicable.
Enter your registration number if you have one.
