  1. Enter the Admin Panel

    • Click the Admin Panel from the top navigation.

  2. Go to Content Management

    • Click on Content Management.

    • Locate the section where your desired content resides (e.g., Clinical Guidelines).

  3. Edit an Item

    • Each content item has a three-dot menu (⋯) beside it.

    • Click the menu and select Edit.

  4. Update Content Type & Fields

    • Choose or retain the item type (e.g., Eolas Editor, File, etc.).

    • Click Next to update:

      • Expiry Date

      • Keywords

      • Content Body

  5. Publish Options
After editing, you have two choices:

    • Publish as Draft: Keeps the original visible to users while the draft remains visible to admins.

    • Override Existing Version: Replaces the content for all users.

Refer to our drafting guide for more details on this workflow.

  6. Save and View Version History

    • Click Publish to finalize.

    • You can now view the item’s version history, including timestamps and previous versions.

🔁 Editing Other File Types

For non-editor items (e.g., PDFs or images):

  • Follow the same steps.

  • You’ll have an option to replace the file with a new version before proceeding.
