This guide explains how to switch between different spaces on Eolas Medical, allowing you to access content from multiple organisations, departments, or trusts. The process is the same across web and mobile apps.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Find Your Way Around the Home Page
- After logging in and selecting a team, department, or trust, you'll land on the Home Page.
- The name of the Trust, Health Board or Organisation you're signed into is shown at the top.
- Below it, you'll see a list of all the teams or departmental spaces you're a member of within that trust.
2. Switch to a Different Hospital or Trust
- To move to another hospital, department or organisation, select All Teams.
- This shows every department and trust you belong to, so you can pick the one you want to switch into.
3. Join a Team That Isn't Listed
- If the team or department you need isn't shown, select Join More Teams.
- Use the search bar to find it by name and request or gain access.
4. Return to the Home Page
- To leave the All Teams view, use the back arrow or the homepage button on the left panel (at the bottom of the screen on mobile) to return to where you started.
5. Switch Spaces from Inside a Space
- While inside a departmental or hospital space, select the Switch Space icon to jump directly to another space or hospital you're a member of.
- Alternatively, use the back arrow or home icon to return to the homepage first, then choose a different space from there.
- This works the same way whether you're an admin or a standard user.
