How to Share Files Using QR Codes or Links

In this guide, you’ll learn how to share files using QR codes or links within a generic content repository or other sections with other app users.

Step 1: Locate the File

• Go to the generic content repository or the mini app section where your file is stored. Files can also be shared from the community tab. 

Step 2: Generate the QR Code

1. Select the File:
   • Find the file you want to share.
2. Generate the QR Code:
   • Click on the small arrow next to the file. This will generate a QR code.
   • You can export this QR code as an image (PNG) or copy a link.

Step 3: Share the Link or QR Code

• Share the link or QR code through messaging apps like WhatsApp or other platforms.
• Users can scan the QR code to access the file directly.

Step 4: Access Requirements

• If users do not have an account, they will be prompted to log in and access the space where file is hosted for private files or taken directly to the file for community and publicly available spaces.
• If they already have access to the space, they can view the file immediately.
