      How to Download Files from Eolas Medical

      This guide explains how to download existing files from Eolas Medical, including supported file types and limitations. Follow the steps below to access and download your needed files.

       

       

      Step-by-Step Instructions

      1. Navigate to the Section

      • Log in to your Eolas Medical account.
      • Go to the Spaces Tab and locate the section containing the file you want to download.
        Example: Navigate to the Respiratory Section or any other section relevant to your needs.

      2. Download a File

      • Locate the file you want to download within the section.
      • Click on the Three Dots on the file tile.
      • Select Download from the dropdown menu.
      • The file will begin downloading to your device.

      3. Supported File Types

      You can download the following file types:

      • MS Office Documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      • PDFs
      • Other compatible file formats uploaded to the system.

      4. Unsupported File Types

      • Flashcards and Editor Items are currently not downloadable.
        • These file types are restricted to in-app use only.
        • A future update will include support for downloading these files.

      5. Downloading Multiple Files

      • Note that you cannot download entire sections; you must download files individually.
      • If you need multiple files, repeat the process for each file.
