How to access a team or organisation / hospital / Trust on Eolas Medical?

When creating your account — on both mobile and web — you'll be asked where you work, which helps suggest your hospital or trust.
From there, you can join your team.

Once you've searched for and selected your trust, click Next.
You can then choose one of the teams listed, or select No Team to go straight into the trust space instead.

Padlock icon: shown if you haven't yet been granted access to a space.
Sand timer icon: shown if your access request is pending.
Click Submit to request access and enter your space.

Important Notes for Personal Email Addresses
- If you created your account with a personal email address, admins might reject your request by default as they may not recognize your name or organization.
- Add your work email address to your Eolas account via 'Me > Edit Profile'. Use the text box to provide additional information, such as your professional email or details about your affiliation, to help admins evaluate your request.

Once in your space, you'll see the homepage on both the mobile app and the web/desktop version of Eolas.
The homepage lists all the teams you're a member of within your trust space.

Click into a specific departmental space by selecting it from your list of teams (for example, "Eolas Medical").
Inside your department space, you can use simple search or ask Eolas a question based on the content your admins have uploaded to that space.

Click the switch space icon to move between spaces.
To return to the trust space, click the switch space icon again, or use the back button to return to the homepage.
You can also search for more teams at any time by clicking Join More Teams.

The experience mirrors mobile: all departments or teams you belong to are listed, and you can click into any of them.
Click into the trust space, then return to the departmental homepage from there.
Use the same navigation to find more spaces and teams, or click the homepage icon to return to your main view.

How do I find my hospital or trust on Eolas?
