Searching the App and Using Ask Eolas

Ask Eolas, our AI supported search, is embedded in the search bar.
  • From the Home page:  Use the search bar in the centre of the screen. This searches both your local (team) content and external content (Knowledge Hub) at the same time.
    • If you wish to narrow this down, click the filter settings to where you can choose exactly what content to search, e.g. restrict the search to specific external content sources only
  • From within a team: Click through to a specific team, then use the search bar at the top of that team's page to restrict your search to just that team's content.

If your team or hospital hasn't enabled Ask Eolas then only simple search will be available when you search from within a team/hospital space. You can still use Ask Eolas to search external content, like national guidelines and the BNF, via the Home page.
