How to Create an Account with a QR Code or Invite Link
If your team admin has shared a QR code or invite link with you, this is the fastest way to join Eolas Medical — you'll land directly in your team's content.
1. Follow the QR Code or Link
- Scan the QR code with your phone camera, or click the invite link in a web browser.
- The steps are the same whether you're on mobile or web.
2. Click Get Started
- Click Get Started to begin creating your account.
3. Enter Your Basic Info
- Add your first name, last name, and work email address.
4. Set a Secure Password Your password must include:
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one symbol
- Be 8 characters or longer
- Watch for the on-screen indicators turning green as you type — this confirms each rule is met.
- Choose something memorable, as this is the password you'll use to log back in going forward, whether on mobile or web.
5. Confirm Your Password
- Type your password again to confirm it.
6. Accept Terms and Conditions
- Confirm you agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click through to review them in more detail if you'd like.
7. Verify Your Email
- A one-time code will be sent to your email.
📌 Tip: Double-check your email address for typos before submitting — if there's a mistake, go back and correct it in the earlier step. If the email hasn't arrived after a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.
- Enter the code and click Submit.
8. You're All Set
- You'll land straight in the app, with a few quick tips if you're new to Eolas.
- You can start browsing content for the team you were invited to.
