Accessing MicroGuide Content on Eolas Medical

This guide will help you access your MicroGuide content on Eolas Medical. Many trusts have transitioned their MicroGuide content to Eolas Medical, and you might need to use this platform for access.

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Ensure You Have an Eolas Medical Account

    • Before proceeding, make sure you’ve created your account on Eolas Medical.
    • Once registered, log into the app.
  2. Navigate to the Spaces Tab

    • After logging in, you’ll see several tabs. Ensure you’re on the Spaces tab (not Knowledge or any other tab).
  3. Discover Your Organisation’s Space

    • Use the Discover Spaces search bar to find your organisation or department.
    • Type the name of your trust, department, or organisation (e.g., "NHS").
    • You should see relevant results. Select the appropriate space for your needs.
  4. Access Content Based on Your Email Domain

    • Many spaces are configured to recognizs your email domain (e.g., NHS email addresses).
    • If the space is public, you can access it directly. If it requires approval, click Request Access and wait for the admin to approve.
  5. Explore the Space

    • Once inside the space, look for your MicroGuide content under the Organisation tab (this may also be labeled as Trust, Health board, or Organisation). This tab is highlighted in orange.
    • Within this tab, navigate the folders to find the required content. Most commonly, it will be under a folder like "Hospital Guidelines."
  6. Troubleshooting Tips

    • If the link to your space doesn’t work or you’re having trouble finding it, use the Discover Spaces feature to search for your organisation manually.
    • If you still can’t find your content or have additional questions, contact us.
