Supported File Formats
Our platform supports the following formats for media uploads:
- Videos: MP4, WebM (preferred for best compatibility and playback).
- Presentations: PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX) or PDF. However, audio playback within presentations is not supported.
How to Add a Recorded Presentation with Audio
To ensure your recorded presentations work seamlessly:
- Convert your PowerPoint presentation with audio into a video file.
- Most PowerPoint versions allow you to "Export" or "Save As" a video format (e.g., MP4).
- Upload the converted video file to the platform as you would with any other media file.
Why Doesn’t Audio Work in Presentations?
Our file viewer currently doesn’t support embedded audio in presentation files. Video formats are preferred for any content requiring both visuals and audio.
Troubleshooting Tips
- If your audio still doesn’t work after conversion, ensure the file format is MP4.
- Test playback on both web and mobile versions of the app.
