Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigating to the Patient Leaflets Section

  • Start by navigating to the patient leaflets section within the admin panel.
  • Click on Content Management and then Patient Leaflets.

2. Benefits of Patient Leaflets

  • Patient leaflets can be shared with patients via a QR code or a copied link.
  • This method allows patients to access the information directly without downloading the app.
  • It is an efficient way to share information quickly, saving paper and time during busy shifts.

3. Adding Patient Leaflets

  • Adding patient leaflets follows the same process as adding files in a generic content repository.
  • Create a Subsection: Start by creating a subsection and choose an icon.
  • Click through to the new subsection and click Add New Item.
  • Select the type of item you would like to create. For this example, we will choose Files and then select a PDF file.
  • Name the file and add keywords. Be thoughtful about the keywords, as they will be used by users when searching for this particular leaflet in the future using the master search. For demonstration, we will use "test".

4. Making the Leaflet Available

  • The leaflet will now be available for users on both web and mobile platforms.
  • To get the shareable QR code and link:
    • Navigate to Home.
    • Go to Patient Leaflets.
    • Click on the item to view the QR code and shareable link.
